2 Crumpets with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter

1 cup of tea with soya milk

1 1/2 handful of mixed raw nuts (eaten over the course of the day)

3-4 Mini water crackers

Leftover chilli (black beans, refried beans, veg and soy mince, seasoning)
Plus a bit of spinach

1 Red apple

1 Tip top

Lots of sugar free gum (throughout the day)


Need to do more exercise - core/muscle tightening etc.
